We would rather lose the pitch than oversell the outcome.
RankingBite is an AI visibility and SEO agency. We work on whether machines can find, understand and recommend a brand, and we are specific about which of those is broken before we quote.
Two economies opened up, and most agencies only sell one.
For twenty years, visibility meant a position on a page. That economy still matters and still converts. But a second one has opened alongside it, where a model assembles a shortlist before anyone reaches a results page.
Most agencies sell one and quietly hope the other does not matter. A few have rebranded the old work with new labels. We would rather run both from one foundation, measure both honestly, and tell you which one is actually constraining growth this quarter.
Six commitments, each of which costs us money.
One senior owner
The strategist who scopes your engagement runs it. No handover to a junior delivery team after the sale.
Capped client load
Three clients per strategist. This limits our revenue and is the main reason we sometimes decline work.
Editorial links only
We do not buy, exchange or place links on inventory that exists to sell them. It slows us down and we are not changing it.
Quarter-by-quarter terms
No long lock-ins. If the work is not moving, you should be able to leave.
Placeholders over guesses
We publish “to supply” rather than an invented statistic. It makes our own site look unfinished in places.
We name the wrong fit
If the diagnostic points somewhere we do not sell, we say so, including when it ends the conversation.
The claims we refuse to make.
Every one of these is standard in our category. Each is either unprovable or untrue.
“We guarantee you will be recommended by ChatGPT.”
Nobody can. Model outputs are probabilistic and change with each release. We can fix the conditions that make recommendation likely and measure the change against a fixed prompt set. That is the honest version of the promise.
“Rankings are obsolete.”
They are not. Ranking remains the entry condition for most citation, and organic clicks still convert. Anyone saying otherwise is selling the new thing rather than measuring it.
“We will deliver 40 links a month.”
Not editorially. Guaranteeing placement counts is how agencies end up buying inventory. We give an expected range and report the honest pitch-to-placement rate.
“AI SEO is a completely new discipline.”
Partly, and we would rather say so. The foundation is shared with SEO. What is genuinely new is entity resolution as a prerequisite, extractability as a content requirement, and recommendation share as a measure.
“Here is a case study with a 400% uplift.”
Not unless the client supplied the figure and approved its publication. Every number on this site is either client-verified or marked as a placeholder.
Senior people, named before you sign.
You meet the strategist who will run your account during the diagnostic, not after. We publish who they are, what they have shipped, and what they have got wrong.
