Engagements
Services are provided under a separate written agreement. These terms govern use of this website, not the delivery of client work.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee rankings, citations, recommendation by any AI system, or specific placement counts. We commit to method, effort and honest measurement.
Intellectual property
Deliverables produced for a client belong to that client on payment. Our frameworks, templates and methodology remain ours.
Termination
Engagements run quarter by quarter. Either side may decline to renew.
Liability
Limited as set out in the engagement agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
