Five phases. One owner. Published before you sign.
The layers are what we optimise. This is how. Every engagement runs the same five phases, and we publish what we commit to at each one, along with what we ask of you.
Audit
Day 01 to 10We run a fixed prompt set across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot, each query mapped to a buyer-intent cluster. Alongside it: technical health, content inventory and link profile. We measure both pillars before recommending anything, because the constraint is frequently not where a client assumes it is.

Diagnose
Day 11 to 21We quantify the three deficits that keep a brand out of AI answers: content gaps where models cannot extract a passage, entity deficits where you are unresolvable or colliding with another organisation, and corpus gaps where competitors are cited and you are not. Every deficit carries an estimated lift.

Architect
Day 22 to 30A 90-day roadmap sequenced by leverage rather than by month or by client comfort. Content pillars, schema deployment, entity claims and authority placements, each scoped with an owner, a cost and an expected effect. Assumptions are written down so your team can challenge them.

Execute
Day 31 to 180One senior strategist owns delivery, capped at three clients, supported by writers, entity specialists and an analyst working against the roadmap. We ship every week. Your team owns approvals; we own velocity. Monthly executive review reconciles movement against plan.

Monitor
OngoingContinuous measurement across rankings and recommendation share. Weekly scans detect drift from model updates within days rather than quarters, with intervention protocols agreed in advance. Every quarter we recalibrate the roadmap against live platform behaviour.

What we commit to, and what we ask of you.
Most engagements that stall do so because one side of this was never agreed in writing.
We ship weekly
Not monthly, not on a quarterly reveal. You see progress every week or you know something is wrong.
You own approvals
We own velocity. If approvals take three weeks, the roadmap slips three weeks and we will say so.
We publish our assumptions
Written down so your team can challenge them, rather than buried in a strategy nobody can audit.
You give us access
Analytics, search console, the codebase or an engineer, and time with sales. Without those the diagnostic is guesswork.
Quarter by quarter, capped by capacity.
One senior strategist owns your engagement and is capped at three clients. That limits how many we can take and is the main reason we sometimes say no. There are no long lock-ins: if the work is not moving, you should be able to leave.
